ABSTRACT

The Movie deals with CBI’s 2025 clean chit for the Wadhawans, which perhaps changes the ongoing trajectory of justice in favour of the DHFL victims, who are still suffering financial ruin under the IBC’s brutal promise for “reform.” The CoC, acting as judge, jury, and executioner, sacrificed lakhs while BJP backed crony corporate profiteers like Ajay Piramal, whose empire thrives amid a number of scandals. DHFL, through mergers, became a ghost—existing simultaneously as PCHFL, and/or PEL…. yet erased. Will Piramal’s illusion hold? Can justice prevail? The fight isn’t over—history proves ghosts never die.

Process as Punishment!

Despite the CBI’s 2025 closure report “clean chit” clearing the Wadhawan brothers of all previously held criminal conspiracy allegations, the real victims, viz., the DHFL FD and NCD holders, continue to suffer their own “capital punishment.” However, the CBI clean chit might legitimately prove itself to be an “Aha!” moment for the DHFL Victims in the long run.

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016, meant to reform, turned into a costly disaster, punishing innocent stakeholders with massive haircuts. Justice remains a mirage—seen, yet unreachable.

The RBI-appointed Committee of Creditors (CoC) for DHFL played judge, jury, and executioner. Their guillotine? Lakhs of DHFL victims, sacrificed in a brutal financial experiment.

Meanwhile, the ruling BJP remains deaf to their cries, favoring corporate profiteers and filling its coffers with Electoral Bonds.

Enter Ajay Piramal, the man who claims to “own” DHFL—but not without the thread of controversy. From the Flashnet Scam, Electoral Bonds Scam to PM CARES Fund murkiness, his name is entangled in crony corporate and political intrigue.

Through a web of mergers, DHFL became PCHFL, then PEL, creating a Schrödinger’s paradox—existing and yet not. A ghost that never dies.
