📢 DHFL VICTIMS: THE FINAL BATTLE FOR JUSTICE BEGINS! ⚖️

Lakhs of small investors of DHFL—FD holders, NCD holders, and ordinary citizens—stand at the edge of a Supreme Court verdict on the DHFL Scam. The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC, 2016), touted as a reformative tool, has instead exposed deep contradictions within its own provisions, prioritizing corporate elites over the hard-earned savings of the “99%.”

But this is more than a case—it’s an ideological fight against systemic injustice meted out by the agents of crony capitalism. The DHFL case was projected as a test case for legitimizing the IBC by treating DHFL victims as mere guinea pigs, and hence, its outcome (whether it be positive or negative) will set a serious precedent for every Indian citizen who treads the troublesome path of justice, fairness, and accountability. Since the IBC serves as the primary “premise” or backbone enabling Mr. Ajay Piramal’s alleged adverse acquisition of DHFL via the mediation of the RBI-appointed CoC, challenging and exposing the flaws in this framework becomes pivotal. Once this shaky premise collapses, the path to justice for DHFL victims will finally be clear.
