As admirers of your strong stance against the current “illegal government,” we find it perplexing to see you argue on behalf of Mr. Piramal, who is accused of being an adverse possessor of DHFL⤡ ⤡, insider trading, environmental extortion⤡, involvement in the Flashnet scam with Piyush Goyal⤡ ⤡, and donating 85 crores to the BJP⤡. In fact, the DHFL was forcibly sent to the CIRP under the ill-conceived IBC as a “test case”⤡, making the innocent DHFL victims (those who suffered massive haircuts on their lifetime savings due to Mr. Piramal’s resolution plan) mere guinea pigs⤡. It is no wonder that the BJP itself is allegedly involved in the DHFL scam through terror-funding via the channel of international terrorists like Dawood Ibrahim and Iqbal Mirchi⤡ ⤡.
We have also approached to Mr. Kapil Sibal for restraining from defending a crony business tycoon, viz. Mr. Ajay Piramal in the DHFL case, as well as the West Bengal Government in the R. G. Kar Case.

We had also approached Mr. Rahul Dravid and Mr. Farhan Akhtar⤡ to refrain from becoming the Brand Ambassadors for various sister concerns of Mr. Piramal.
We had even approached Mr. Mukul Rohatgi⤡, the deus ex machina of the misery of the DHFL victims, with the plea of considering the rights of the financially abused. He was the one, who masterminded the notion of “extinguishing” FD Holders of the DHFL through a different kind of “capital” punishment altogether during the RBI-appointed CoC for DHFL’s eye-washing, predetermined “resolution process”.

Professional Liability Versus Ethico-Epistemology
Conflict of Interest: Dr. Singhvi, despite his strong anti-BJP stance, is defending Ajay Piramal, implicated in the DHFL scam with BJP’s predominant involvement in the same, raising concerns about compromising his principles for financial gains.
Moral Hypocrisy: Dr. Singhvi’s legal representation of figures involved in corrupt practices conflicts with his political and moral opposition to similar behaviors in government, especially the BJP.
Accountability: It is to be questioned whether Dr. Singhvi’s actions serve justice or prioritize professional interests over ethical integrity.
We remember two quotes in this regard, given the above arguments in favour of the primitive primacy of ethics:

This quote aptly captures the rising doubts about Dr. Singhvi’s recent choices. Similarly, Hind Swaraj (1909) critiques the exploitative tendencies of the legal profession, penned by a briefless barrister with experience in both London and South Africa:
“The lawyers, therefore, will, as a rule, advance quarrels instead of repressing them. Moreover, men take up that profession, not in order to help others out of their miseries, but to enrich themselves. It is one of the avenues of becoming wealthy… They are glad when men have disputes. Petty pleaders actually manufacture them. Their touts, like so many leeches, suck the blood of the poor people.” ⤡

As the Supreme Court hearings are presently going on with regard to the cases on the DHFL scam, we, on behalf of Once in a Blue Moon Academia (OBMA), have the following appeal to make to you all as part of the web-based civil disobedience movement:
Occupy the YouTube, Twitter and Facebook Walls of Kapil Sibal and A. M. Singhvi as they are advocating the alleged devil, i.e., Mr. Ajay Piramal along with the CoC, by obliviating the ethos of distributive justice for the financially abused.
Moreover, Mr. Piramal, a BJP man, an alleged insider trader, masterminded Flashnet scam, an environmental extortionist, is supported by two respectful lawyers of different camps, which are totally antithetical to the morals of Piramal’s patron.
