Dear All,

I, an absurd man, am indebted to you all for supporting our cause through online non-violent civil disobedience movement against the crony oligarchy, especially those few persons, who had contributed in this movement by donations and/or content.

However, I am requesting you all not to spread negative vibes or pessimistic messages to the fellow sufferers of the DHFL scam. Instead, you can stimulate others to participate in the said movement in increasing numbers without any fear.

I am a small fry, who is trying his best to spread the news of financial abuse that infringes the business-related human rights. I am acting as a hummingbird as narrated by Wangari Maathai:

Once upon a time, there was a King, who planned to create a pond full of milk. He ordered each of his subjects to pour milk (in arbitrary amounts, according to one’s capacity) into the pit that was to become the milk pond on the new moon night so that none could be identified as donor.

Surprisingly enough, the next morning, they say that what was supposed to be full of milk was instead full of water. It was found that each person thought that “someone else” will pour the milk for them.  

This type of mindset hampers the guiding motto of “Educate, Agitate, Organize”.

Now, let us retrospectively view our achievements:

a. Defamation Petition of 100 Crores was filed against me by Piramal’s legal firm, DSK Legal.

b. Consequently, a Contempt Petition was filed against me by DSK Legal as well for “leaving no stone unturned” to deface the crony collusion in the case of the DHFL scam.

(These two negations by Piramal and Co. prove the rightfulness or legitimacy of our actions)

c. Following my RTIs, the RTI Cell of the Supreme Court of India invited me to attend a video conferencing on 26.02.2024, for hearing my views on the subject-matter.

Moreover, with the recent revelation of the Electoral Bonds Scam, the BJP, which has caused the DHFL scam through terror-funding, is on serious backfoot. It has committed several mistakes since the past few weeks such as suddenly arresting Opposition Leaders just before the elections, implementing the CAA etc. Hence, one cannot say with full confidence that the BJP has a “sure win” in the upcoming elections.

Earlier, I was kicked out of many groups of DHFL victims for revealing the crony relationship among the BJP, Dawood-Iqbal gang, DHFL and Dheeraj Realty. The affinity of Ajay Piramal (as the secondary relative of BJP’s favourite Mr. Mukesh Ambani) with the BJP was also nothing brand new, since Piramal has donated/bribed the BJP since so long, and also in terms of the Flashnet Scam. Now it is real and cruel!

Hence, given this state of affairs, I repeat emphatically that please do not discourage others from actively participating in the ongoing agitation. Whatever may be the success or failure of OBMA’s sustained efforts, history will at least remember that someone was on the battlefield when the “world’s largest democracy” was falling apart.

A NOTE ON THE “MYTH OF SISYPHUS” FROM GREEK MYTHOLOGY: Sisyphus is probably more famous for his punishment in the underworld than for what he did in his life. According to the Greek myth, Sisyphus is condemned to roll a rock up to the top of a mountain, only to have the rock roll back down to the bottom every time he reaches the top.
