A Sympathetic Note to the CBE Paramavaiṣṇava

Dear Paramavaiṣṇava Piramal ji,

We are really shocked to hear that you have donated 85 crores to the BJP by means of Electoral Bonds alone (though we don’t know your contribution to the BJP through shell companies)! ⤡ We fear that a great philanthropist like you (one who perfectly follows and embodies the path of Karma Yoga as revealed in the bhagavad-gītā despite the fact that business tycoons or vaiśyas are depicted as “pāpayoni” or of sinful birth in the very same text: Cf. 9.32⤡) can rightfully commit such an act of political charity to the richest and the most honest Indian political party only for the altruistic reason, which is grossly misinterpreted by the envious opponents as “bribery”. The BJP’s grand motto of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas” within the cherished “Amrit Kaal” ⤡⤡ that has led to the much-awaited concentration of wealth in the hands of the two-three families of business-giants (that gladly includes you as well as your extended family: the Ambanis) makes us delighted.

Moreover, we are also surprised to know you as an “insider trader”, though you escaped that lame accusation of the SEBI by the generous aid of the SAT, which makes us glad⤡ especially when the SAT said that the SEBI is not a bulldog, but not a watchdog VIEW HERE ⤡ (As reported on May 15, 2019 ©The Financial Expresss). Yet, why should the uncontaminated, stainless, unmatched record of your business life be disrupted by such narrow, filthy allegations? We feel that such accusations have been made by your competing business-tycoons to push you down from the gracious realm of service, suffering and sacrifice, which you so boldly inhabit.

You are also alleged for involving yourself in the Flashnet Scam with the BJP Union Minister Mr. Piyush Goyal⤡ ⤡. Why do you not, as promised by you, file a defamation case against The Wire, who circulated such fake news? You should immediately approach and tell them the untainted worth of your character and personality that take inspiration from his Holiness, Sri Radhanath Swami⤡ ⤡.  

In the case of Piramal Realty, we are also perplexed by the news published by one Mr. Krishnaraj Rao⤡  that there are many charges of deceiving the consumers/customers by dint of false promises in your real-estate business. It has been alleged that you have even given a “defamatory” legal notice against an NRI couple and have banned their video that exposed Piramal Aranya. It is important to note that Mr. Rao said that it is not a defamatory case, but an informative one.

It has also been accused that you are an “environmental terrorist”, who polluted the environment of Digwal in Telangana, through your pharmaceutical plant⤡. Pray tell me, how can these people accuse you of something like that? For many decades ever since, you are rendering service to the sufferers of different diseases by providing them with the medicines that make their health sustain. Why can’t some of the people tolerate that divine service? Though, in spite of your own excellent medical facilities in India, your grandchildren were born in the USA⤡. We must appreciate your family-decision for nullifying your own health system. Only an epic hero (as in the Greek drama) can perform such self-defeating act! It is also to be noted that your spouse, Smt. Swati Piramal received Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur for her commendable work in India.⤡ (As reported on September 29, 2022 ©Harvard Public Health), who took advices from Hon. Sadhguru⤡  the divine healer, who himself now has taken recourse to the Western Health Care system. 

In the case of the DHFL scam⤡ ⤡, some unaware, validation seeking DHFL depositors (those who call themselves “victims”) are blaming you for losing their hard-earned life savings. They are targeting you for:

1. Buying 45k crore worth of assets by paying only a rupee;
2. Avoiding the NCLT order (19.05.2021) and NCLAT order (27.01.2022) on the DHFL case that made your resolution plan nearly “null and void”, and instead getting speedy “stay orders” to stop the progression of these verdicts. After the aforementioned NCLT order, you and/or the DHFL-CoC did not even bother to answer the court about the erstwhile promoters’ full settlement proposal, which borders on a possible “contempt of court”, according to these so-called “victims”.
3. Some people have also accused you for “adverse possession” of the DHFL, who trespassed many legal boundaries by mere political aid and have forcibly acquired the DHFL based on the lowest quasi-judicial body’s verdict.

It is also matter of regret that a movement is going on to “dislike” your videos on YouTube. Not only that, the agitators are cursing you and your progeny by using pejorative language either on the open platform of the YouTube or on the different private groups by using apps like Telegram, Facebook, X (Formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Mouthshut etc. This speaks about their lowly, inferior mentality that can never belong to Sri Kṛṣna’s kingdom of heaven. You have tried your best to ban these users from these social media sites, but have unfortunately cut a sorry figure since global “geo-blocking” is impossible in the epoch of the MNC-controlled world order.

Such accusations are frivolous, baseless and without substance. They deserve no attention on your part. You, being such an extremely busy man dedicated to the constant work for others, cannot simply afford to spend your most precious time in such armchair nonsense. Yet, we have got to know that you have filed a 100 crore defamation case and a contempt petition against one of those DHFL victims. What was the need for that? Let the dogs bark, while you make history! You, a prestigious CBE awardee, must not be prosecuted by the victims of the RBI appointed CoC for DHFL. The de facto Khap panchayat of the DHFL “victims” (?) is not at all ethical or legal in any manner.

Over and above these ungrounded stressors in your life, we have heard that your website got hacked by the Ransomware software⤡, whereby your respected Piramal Group got enlisted as the “victim” of such a cyber-attack.

One after the other—how do you manage so many obstacles in your life? Still, we do know how much you believe in Swami Vivekananda’s motto of: “Arise, Awake, and do not stop till the goal is reached”. You stand by your conviction even if unwarranted, unwanted storms attempt to destroy your mind’s equilibrium.

We burn in sympathy for you as you are repeatedly confronting such accusations. We salute your strength and boldness in facing possible conviction. We have a fear that you will be jailed for these false cases against you by the zealous opponents.

We are following your Wikipedia page⤡ ⤡ that does not mention such controversial sins allegedly done by you. We believe in the sanctity of your impressive career in the business world.

We feel sad about your current place in the Share Market as well, which seems to be in bad shape as well.
