Sub: Soliciting for Annihilating the Suffering of the DHFL Victims
Respected Mr. Kharge,
It is to be remarked that we are thoroughly inspired by your ardent dedication to the cause of revered Babasaheb’s radical “annihilation of caste” programme as part of the Buddhist egalitarian, democratic society of karuṇā, maitrī and muditā. We, too, stand by 22 vows declared by Dr. Ambedkar in order to resist the Saffronization of the Indian socio-polity.
At this hour of crony oligarchical onslaught, the flawless philosophy of Siddhartha Gautama teaches us the centrality of suffering, both human and non-human. Therefore, we have used the icon of the Buddha in the logo of our website: Once in a Blue Moon Academia (OBMA).
In connection to the postulates of Buddhist philosophy, we had requested, during the pathbreaking Bharat Jodo Yatra led by respected Mr. Rahul Gandhi, to include the climate agenda as part of the movement’s “mudda” (Following the footsteps of climate legislation worldwide, especially in Norway “climate election”):

We are congratulating the INC for getting the highest number of votes (almost 4.92 Cr compared to the manipulative “winner” of the farce, making it 944444 votes ahead of the BJP⤡ ⤡) in the recent assembly elections in the four states. However, statistics disproves simple arithmetic in the process of first-past-the-post system/plurality system of voting (instead of proportional representation that does not suppress the so-called “minority” voices as part of a participatory democratic setup) through the dubious/suspicious EVMs (No tech-savvy country of the world uses such a device to conduct free and fair elections!).
At present, we are reaching out to you as the penniless victims of India’s biggest financial abuse case (before the disclosure of Hindenburg report on the Adani Group), viz., the Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited (DHFL) Scam, caused by the BJP’s money-mongering as well as crony capitalist tendencies.

This is to be noted that this manufactured financial abuse has led to the infringement of the business-related human rights (as recognized by the United Nations⤡) of lakhs of senior citizens, widows/widowers, physically challenged persons as well as reputed Catholic-Jesuit institutes, the Indian Air Force Group Insurance Society, UP Power Corporation LTD., all of whom had invested their money in the AAA-rated DHFL in the form of FDs and NCDs.
As a result of the scam and the resolution process (the discursive formation of which was branded as “contrary to law”, with “material irregularities” and “void” in the verdict of the NCLAT dated 27/01/2022) that followed, a huge haircut has deprived these innocent Indian citizens (including NRIs) an access to their hard-earned life savings, making them utterly incapable of meeting their basic needs (especially during the time of the pandemic and post-pandemic catastrophes) and future-oriented concerns.
Despite the unprecedented scale of the said financial disaster, none of the funded/sponsored Godi Media has ever bothered to report the scam:

This is not unexpected from them since the current ruling political party, viz., the BJP, is intricately involved with the very occurrence of the scam in the first place, as remarked earlier. The BJP is involved in this scam via the channel of Dawood Ibrahim, Late Iqbal Mirchi, RKW Developers (Dheeraj Realty) and the DHFL through the phenomenon of “terror funding” or “political donation/political charity”, as Cobrapost pointed out on as early as 19th January, 2019:

Despite the entire case still being sub judice or under adjudication, the so-called “successful” bidder of the DHFL resolution process, Mr. Ajay Piramal (the secondary kin of BJP’s favoured corporate tycoon: Mr. Mukesh Ambani), has trespassed multiple territories (even by entirely ignoring the multiple pleas of the “erstwhile” promoters of the DHFL, viz., the Wadhawan brothers, who wanted to pay back the full amount to all the creditors) to adversely claim possession/occupation of the NBFC entity DHFL [later on took over by the RBI and put into the ill-conceived Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (amended 35 times after its introduction) as a “litmus test case” by treating the investors /creditors as guinea pigs in the lab state⤡ within the Orwellian Dystopia].

However, we did not at all expect that most of the non-Godi media [with few exceptions such as Desh Neeti, Moneylife and Abhisar Sharma (long ago)] would also remain mostly unbothered to report the details of the scam so as to make it a national-level news requiring urgent collective attention and action on the part of the agencies concerned. As of yet, the DHFL scam has not become a “national news” (maybe) due to the censorship regime of the dominant Godi Media.
It is to notify you that the scam has cost many lives, especially those who chose the path of self-annihilation/self-termination to escape from the cruel onslaught of the dilapidated financial machinery under the BJP regime. Where are the “gatekeepers” of the Indian economy? What are they doing at this hour?
Is it not the so-called “anti-national” (?!)duty of the the Opposition to (further) portray (or rather, ramify) its non-collaborationist, anti-establishment stance by means of publicizing the DHFL issue (as being another resultant macro-instance of the ruling party’s money/power-mongering ⤡ as well as crony-monopoly cannibalistic capitalist habits) beyond all possible measure?

We sincerely hope that you will look into this matter on the basis of hastened urgency so that it could be spread nationally as well as internationally to raise the necessary awareness and contribute to a chain of effective actions for the holistic benefit of the helpless victims of the politically manufactured and simulated DHFL scam, in an effort to also “get back” at the BJP’s shrewd tactics to consolidate a crony-monopoly capitalist order (masked by the most heinous religious extremism) in India.
As a follower of Buddha’s philosophical worldview, you can well comprehend the amount of suffering that is being endured by the lakhs of penniless, helpless victims of this scam.
