Violations of Law by PM Narendra Modi: A Few Instances

OBMA wants to put forth the following few observations about our incumbent PM:

If the Prime Minister is always on duty, why was he unavailable at the time of the Pulwama attack in February, 2019? Even telephonic communication with the PM was not available at that time. Why, at that moment of attack, if we have to believe Satyapal Malik’s testimony, was he “busy” shooting an episode of “Man VS Wild” with Bear Grylls?⤡

Moreover, PM Modi sought votes in the name of the Pulwama Martyrs:

This goes against the Model Code of Conduct or the Poll Code:

From where did Mr. Modi the PM collect the peacock’s feathers for placing it under the ocean in the supposed locus of the city of Dwarka? Was it a naturally shed feather? If not, does it not come under a violation of the Wildlife Protection Act (1972) as well as the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES)?

In a secular country, how did Mr. Modi inaugurate the Central Vista with Hindu monks without any participation of the President and other parliamentary dignitaries, including the Opposition?

The same question as the above applies with regard to the PM’s ritualistic participation in the Ayodhya Ram Mandir affairs! It goes against Article 51A(h) and the Preamble of the Constitution of India. The PM’s participation and promotion of a particular religion as part of the vote bank politics also goes against the Representation of the People Act (1951), according to which, the use of religion to seek votes comes under “corrupt practices” under Section 123 (3) of the said Act, which deals with references to appeals on the ground of religion.

Section 123 (3A) of the said act states:

(3A) “The promotion of, or attempt to promote, feelings of enmity or hatred between different classes of the citizens of India on grounds of religion, race, caste, community, or language, by a candidate or his agent or any other person with the consent of a candidate or his election agent for the furtherance of the prospects of the election of that candidate or for prejudicially affecting the election of any candidate.”

Yet, PM Modi and his party never stops from their religious overtone:

Despite so many violations of legal provisions, would we allow the incumbent PM to be the next PM of India? We definitely cannot.

His candidature in the ongoing elections should also be cancelled, given his past and present with legal conflicts.

Dear Election Commission of India,
Arrest the BJP guys for violating the
Representation of the People Act (1951) and the Model Code of Conduct multiple times!
