Although there are too many complaints, FIRs and legal cases against the BJP’s malpractices during the Lok Sabha Elections, 2024, the Election Commission of India (ECI) along with the other vigilante agencies have turned a blind’s eye to all these crucial matters before a “new government” is formed. This apathy and neglect on the part of these constitutional bodies that have lost their credibility is not unexpected, since they have functioned through the campaigning days as a mouthpiece for the BJP’s divisive, autocratic aims.
Now, it is known that the Congress Leader Jairam Ramesh published, on behalf of the INC, a booklet enlisting their 272 pertinent (state-wise) questions to PM Modi to which there were no answers on behalf of the outgoing PM.

Interestingly enough, the Congress also managed to file 117 complaints to the ECI, enlisting all the major deviations/aberrations from the Model Code of Conduct, the Representation of People Act (1951), other Constitutional provisions and several verdicts of the Supreme Court of India.
Given below are the details of those complaints:

However, the ECI out rightly rejected all these relevant, highly-pointed appeals without question.
Earlier in 2021, the INC had also made such appropriate complaints against this autocratic party, i.e., the BJP:

The President of India and/or any vigilante agencies had not taken any actions against PM Modi after his multiple anti-constitutional, illegal remarks on many occasions against the religious minority community through hate speeches, or about Modi’s use of religious symbols in Kanyakumari etc. during the 2024 Election campaigning.

It was found in a report by the ADR that:

There can be no doubt that without the constant support of the ECI, the BJP, the evident abode of criminals, would not have managed to get even the 240 seats that it somehow finally got. We have never seen this type of totally biased ECI, which held a press conference following the publication of the election results (?), where there was no critical question-answer session. It was just an one-way traffic of “conversation”, since they have served as nothing more than agents of the BJP to further their totalitarian agenda for destroying democracy and the Constitution of India.
Therefore, given the above scenario, we, on behalf of the OBMA, demand immediate actions or stern measures to be taken against the BJP (Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, its IT Cell members, its Party President et al.) by the concerned agencies in this highly relevant matter of concern. This implies that the so-called “third-term” Prime Minister (Modi 3.0) cannot occupy the chair at all for his illegal activities as mentioned above. We do not want to see people with multiple legal conflicts to occupy the Indian Parliament or run the government. We also want that the Election Commission must be held accountable and answerable for its utterly deliberate deaf-and-dumb role to these complaints. This appeal is being made to the President of India as well as the Chief Justice of India.
