As you know well that this shadow bank is undergoing a moratorium since it was referred to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Court a few months ago. DHFL is now under the apt guidance of the RBI and our money is stuck due to various complex legal issues. WE ARE NOT CRIMINALS BUT DHFL FD HOLDERS (08/01/2021)   Dear Sirs/Madams, We are not criminals, we are FD holders of DHFL. We do not deserve such “capital” punishment for the fault of a few with legal conflict (generally referred to as “criminals”). We are not like those super-rich willful defaulters, whose 68k Crore loans are waived by PSU banks. Instead of such annihilation by following Malthusian positive checks, we request you to kindly legalize active euthanasia (government should bear the cost) or we would be compelled to annihilate ourselves in front of the Parliament or the RBI. On that occasion, you had cited “वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम्” from  The Upaniṣads . Following the spirit of that  mantra , we, the earthians, wish to submit a humble plea before you. What we have observed in your above-mentioned speech, an epistemological break (or otherwise “aporia”) as you had boldly and simultaneously spoken about the Indian government’s ostensible commitment towards the “ promotion and protection of human rights in all parts of the world ” and the cases of human right violations in India. Justice For The DHFL Fixed Deposit Holders: a letter to the President of India (06/12/2020)   To Shri Ram Nath Kovind Hon’ble President of India Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi – 110004 Respected Sir, Subject: Sufferings of Fixed Deposit (FD) holders due to IBC Act in the Resolution Process of DHFL We are general public depositors who had invested our savings in Fixed Deposits (FD) of DHFL, a Housing Finance NBFC regulated by the National Housing Bank (NHB). Many of us are Senior Citizens who have invested life savings in these FDs and rely on interest income for the basic financial needs. DHFL’s FD scheme had been continuously rated “AAA” by reputed national rating agencies. In November 2019, DHFL was suddenly put under IBC by giving special powers to RBI.
